will i have fitment issues if i have a 00 civic si with a jdm b16a swap and i wanted to get a new alternator, do i need a specific kind? my b16a came with a obd2a ecu. but im currently running obd2b so i can pass emissions. any clues?

what plug do you have on the alternator? round or square?
