jdm computer
i want to change my computer and i was thinking of getting the jdm civic type r computer, i have a b16 and the guy i bought the car from said it works really nice, has anyone experienced this or seen anyone at the track with it
i have a jdm sony vaio computer...jk...i think it would be beneficial to get cams and some diff springs and retainers for the ecu to be beneficial....you dont want to rev to high on your stock valvetrain....someone correct me if im wrong

just so you know, an ecu upgrade isnt really necessary till you start upgrading internals (cams, pistons, etc)
first the CTR ECU is OBDII (two different versions exist). next your car is 92 therfore OBDI, meaning a harness converter will be required unless of course you are already wired for OBDII
stock b16a will not gain much power from this upgrade, and money spent is higher the gains.
also from the tests, a chipped P28 will make more power then a CTR ecu (btw. CTR ecu is not really all that amazing)
