Just lube your rollers and shoot some compressed air in your tracks to dislodge any crap that's stuck there. Make sure you lubricate the track where the sunroof sits when it's at rest.
Yo Archidictus- read the man;s signature, he's from Denmark. I'd like to see write Dutch(or whatever language it is over there), as good as he does with English. Chill man.
Zeus- to adjust it, raise it up, then slide back a few inches. On the inside, there will be three 5mm allen scres on each side. You can loosen these up and adjust the glass a little bit up and down, or front and back. This should help, I actually just did this last night

What in the world is unintelligible anyways? At least he's not trying to use big words with no sense of how to say them.

I actually broke the left hand slider piece, by trying to pull back the sunroof after I locked the keys in my car after skating one night. My sunroof was tilting down on the driver side, but I just adjusted it. I got the part from Honda yesterday, but didn't realize I had to pull out the whole assembly to get to it. Not worth it in my eyes. Sunroofs are wonderful on a beautiful night when you're with your girlfriend or something, otherwise, they're a pain.

hobe you get that camgear soon.. hate waiting for parts !! just orderd flywheel(clutchmasters) and clutch ( ATC) from US...
what engine are you running ??
I had a post awhile back about the Zex cam...I got a 94 Si, D16Z6, intake, polished TB, port matched intake manifold, ported head, valve job, milled .020, Zex street/strip cam, stock exhaust mani, 2 1/4 custom exhaust...
Soon to have AEM cam gear, DC header, AEM CAI, valve spring/retainers, y8 head gasket, D16A1 pistons, LS 60mm TB.
I got the TB and pistons back at my parents house in Spokane. But I got to order the other stuff soon here. Don't know if I want to sell my truck or not( 70 Chevy 1/2 ton, 74% restored). It's alright now, got really good low end power, but need a cam gear to adjust for the higher revs, and the valvetrain components for higher revs. But, I should be somewhat satisfied in a few months. Oh, and like you said-"Get on a dyno!" he he, that too!!!
