Default s4c/s80 constant synchro failure 360whp.

im having to build my box after about 10 competition miles. every time its the same problem, 1st and 2nd gear synchro dog legs are chewed off, 1st goes first then 2nd. its always just the brass synchro dog legs that fit into the synchro hud itself.
i thought it was simply the power but i read a thread just now that leads me to believe they should take more than that.
its a hillclimb car and im using a tilton dual clutch with 15x8 on avon a15 slicks.
any suggestions would be great as im getting sick of building boxes.
thanks

Are you orienting the sleeve correctly on the hub (3 sets of 2 deep teeth in the deep slots)

Check the condition of the 1-2 friction dampers and make sure the tangs are in the hub correctly. You may also want to look at the engagement teeth on the sleeve and try some carbon synchros.
