Icon2 Creaky Clutch

When I push my clutch and release the clutch it creaks. I read online that it might be a slave cylinder needing to be lubed, but it only creaks in the car not in the transmission. I have also noticed that it is harder to take off. I get the rpms up like normal and the car shakes and jumps could they be related?

You probably need a new clutch master cylinder.

I can recall a bunch of your posts. I think it's time for a new car.

On topic; Why don't you poke your ear around? How do you expect someone to diagnose a noise through text?

a creaking sound is usually the clutch fork pivot. pull the boot back and grease it up well. couldn't hurt and it's much cheaper and easier than replacing things. if it doesn't help then move on to bigger and better things like master and slave cylinders.
