Default No clutch start ?

First let me start off by saying no negative comments, if you have something non-technical to say just pm me.

Anyway I was wondering if there was a way to start my car without having to press the clutch in. Maybe a sensor to bypass or something ? This might sound noob but I was just curious. Thanks in advance to any helpful posts !

I would think you could just wire the clutch safety switch closed.... i think thats what they do with remote starters

^this..

you can even re-wire it to a button that you dont use like your ac or something for a little extra security.

yeah, the clutch safety switch is there for just that, its real dangerous to get rid of it completely. My teggy doesnt have one because the guy that swapped the auto never hooked it back up. If you take your car to a shop or something and they leave it in gear. You go to start it and run over someone on accident ect.. lol

By closing it shut he means take the 2 wires and wire them together. When the clutch presses down it temporarily completes a circuit letting the car start, if you permanently wire the 2 wire together you wont have to press the clutch to start it.. not recommended, but thats what you do.
