So here i was in Texas with my hands under this fine little italian girls skirt...
Nice title right. I like it.
This Italian girl was a pristine, low mile, looked like it had never been raced bright red Ferrari F430 challenge race car. I had drove into Austin Texas a couple weeks before to engineer and design a pair of custom high end race factory replacement headers for a sweet sexy black Ferrari 360 Modena. This 360 needed my tubes to complete its twin turbo kit
I'll post that up if you guys are nice.
The owner of the F430 was sold the moment he laid eyes on the precision slip fit 5" low angle merge collectors I had made from scratch for the 360.
Now to let the pix tell the rest of the story.
The birth of CTD Race F430 Headers, code named VF1's

Sound Clips!!! Not professional but hook it up to the stereo and turn it up!

Because of the short time frame (start to finish in 5 days) a before and after dyno could not be done. However the next pair will be installed on a F430 Scuderia. Professional sound clips, video, and before and after dynos will be recorded. If you guys want to see more I have a ton more pix on my Facebook page, CTD Fabrication.
Thanks for looking

Ha, thanks Collin. Couldn't have done it without that 60 degree cone on the press. And that reminds me, I'm probably gonna need one of those pretty soon for myself.
It does sound weird,(likely the variables you mentioned) but I still hate you!!!! Love the Italians. Nice job.
Pmed bro, again, looks and sounds great. I bet in person it sounds even sicker. I know inside the shop its really loud there, sick work

I think she sounds like a nasty girl, but then I have listened to countless exhaust videos so I can take in account for the cell phone and building echo. Thumbs up for sure on your work and I envy you getting to man handle such beautiful girls.
Lol, you don't even know! The owner of the car also owns a car dealership next door to the fab shop i was working at. He would walk over and check on his car and progress at least 10 times a day, lol. All of his cars are detailed to perfection and this Ferrari even while being a full blown race car was clear vinyl bra'd on the whole bottom half all the way around!! I touched it only when I absolutely had to and I had one of the techs put it on the lift because I didn't want that responsibility, haha.

But the car really did have a skirt on the whole time...

Thanks for the compliment though, I'm far from the best but I do everything I can to make sure I'm getting better. I'm loving the seat time and still using all the tips I learned from watching you and Cj. I threw down these beads on a small t25 manifold I did out there...Schedule 10 with Schedule 40 collector btw

Didn't wire wheel all the way because it was going to be coated.
Dang must of been a awesome tech to work on that thing... It's easy when you make them so easy to put on. Getting the stockers off is another story.

Onwards to the 360 project -

Individual flanges FTW!!!! Got to know some tricks to get stuff like this to work

And I also have a cell phone video, not the best but at least its something to listen to.

This one was a pretty fun project. The shop that built the setup had everything done before I got there and I think they made a pretty good looking and preforming setup. The stock headers have pre-cats so they needed my replacements to complete this gem. It was tuned after and made really good power on the stock engine but I can't release the results.
Beautiful little 360
