Interesting, I didn't know that you can bar obd2 engines into obd1 cars. Can u take a picture of the bar label?

 

^^^^hahaha yes you can and ill post a pic of the label tomorrow you just have to wire the motor up ob1 and use a ob1 ecu been done many of times

 

Interesting.. how about a 98 - 01 (newer gen)? I'm asking cuz a friend wants a motor in his ride bar'd. Also, what is the inspection cost now a days? Thank you for the help

 

im assuming it would be the same you would have to get the motor hooked up ob1 and as close to stock as possible cant be throwing codes they do check to see if ecu matches the motor the first thing he did was check the ecu and said well u have a 95 ecu so thats wat we are reffing this motor as and i was only charged 7 bucks for the sticker
