could someone tell me what those components are, its under the dashboard. or just lead me in the right direction to find out what they are?

 

1. speedometer cable
2. looks like a broken half of the climate control
3. ac evaporator (left) blower (right)
4. heater

 

since i dont have ac or climate control in this car, could i just take out 2, 3, and 4? without having any problems?

i dont have any of that..

just know all of that plays a role in deading sound and your cabin will become very noisy (mine did) and is extreamly annoying for dayily driving

well I just don't want A/C, what A/C components can i remove inside and still keep the heater?

 

AC Compressor, lines, condenser, dryer, and do you see the black box left of the white box. That is a piece of the AC you can leave it or find yourself a bypass tube out of a none AC car. If you don't have a bypass tube you can open this box up and take all the stuff out but you will have to put it back in for the heater to work.
