Default Crower dual valvespring height and pressure?

I've been searching and cannot find the Spring height and install pressure for Crower dual valve-springs and retainers. I have my Gsr head at a local Cylinder Head shop, Mike asked me if I knew what the Spring height and the install pressure was.

I didn't think it would matter since so many people just install them but according to Mike you need the spring height and pressure. Any info would be great. Thanks
