99 Si - How many O2 sensors?

Does the 99 si have 2 o2 sensors one up stream and one down stream?
My buddy is letting me use his si while hes gone but its throwing an 02 code. I noticed that there was only 1 02 sensor?

Yes, one upstream of the cat and one down stream.

The second senor plugs into the top of the cat. The wire harness drops through the floor under the passenger seat.
