I bought a new fuel filter ( the one under my hood ) but that didnt fix my bogging problem when I floor it. So im gonna replace the other fuel filter by the gas tank. but I dont know whats it called, can anyone give me a name or a number? dpfi d15b1 91 ef.

 

I dont know about another filter besides the one on the firewall but maybe you should have your fuel pressure tested

 

There is a screen inside the gas tank before the fuel pump sucks up fuel.
But no fuel filter in the rear.
Only fuel filter is the little round one on the pass side of the firewall.

 

you can clean the filter that on the pick up on the bottom of the fuel pump, but seems like this may not be the problem imo

 

Possibly the secondary injector? I agree check fuel pressure!

 

alright well im sending my car to the shop hopefully to get my ignition fixed, which a locksmith broke and said he couldnt put it back in.. probbally gonna get the rest looked at, then take it to a freinds and empty the gas half tank- clean it out, then see where that leaves me plus depending on what the shop says. BTW, my car started bogging after I let my gas get close to empty, first time since I got it a year ago. ill google how to check fuel pressure, or buy a gauge. thanks for the help!

 

Don't be surprised if your fuel pressure regulator is also clogged with junk. There is a sock on the end of the fuel pump. That is most likely clogged with crap.
