Default 94-95 ACCORD MANUAL TRANSMISSION

My car is in neutral. The passenger tire (which is the one that moves the car) moves but the driver side tire moves to a certain point and then locks. Does anyone know what this could be? has a new clutch

Both wheels move the car, there is a differential that differentiates the power when going around corners or if there is a loss of traction the wheel with less traction will spin.

As for the wheel locking, is it from something interfering with the wheel/brakes or is it differntial related?
Does the car not move in any direction? Are you sure you have all the linkages reconnected after the clutch install? How are you observing this issue? If there is more resistance on one side then power will be diverted to the other side. Be careful of doing this, as the wheel will be spinning twice as fast as indicated on the speedometer.
