07 Accord Alloy Wheel inner lip
I have a 07 Accord 4 cyl. Four months back when replacing with new tires, I bought 4 sets of honda alloys (used Craigslist) to replace my steel ones. One of the wheels has a bend on teh inner side edge. It is about 3 inches long and protudes out by about half or one inch.
When installing the tires, the manager told me he would put the wheel on the passenger side rear. So far I did not have any problems. 5,000 miles later when rotating the tire the mechanic asked me if he should put the wheel on the front side as it had the dent. I told him to put the wheel in the front.
Should this give me problems and Should I need to get this fixed?
Thanks
Dan

Might feel vibrations if the bent rim is on the front.
For safety, you should try and find 1 rim to replace the bent one (or get it repaired)
The wheel balanced ok from when the tires were installed?

The tire and wheels were balanced as the tire was new. The car is handling the same and I am just going to keep an eye on it and see if I can get a spare wheel.

I wish you could post a picture of how bad it might be... I have run (on track even) with bent rims... but certainly, there is a limit.
if you can not feel it... that is a good sign. as others have stated, best scenario is finding a new/used unit to replace it.
