I was looking into something like this, just to make things simple for me, does anyone here own one/ used one and can give me their opinion on it?

I own their B/H VTEC one and it works well. Two bolts hold it down and you just tighten and loosen a bolt to press the spring down and release it easily and precisely to get your springs on or off.

I'd recommend putting a wadded up rag or something in the combustion chamber of the cylinder you're working on. It will keep the valve pressed up.
