Hey guys, I have an 1996 Accord EX and I swop the climate control unit from a 97 Accord LX when installing the unit I notice that wire thats hook up to hot and cold *** is short now the *** goes full Hot and Half cold any idea what going on? by the way my a/c is not working i'm trying to troubleshoot it.

 

Sounds like when it was reinstalled the wire wasn't attached correctly. When I had my 90 accord, to reinstall the cable I had to slide the temp selector to cold to make the cable loose, install the cable then ensure your temp slider is working correctly.

As for your A/C not working, what's going on?
