Default JDM ef harness will it work??

found a JDM ef engine harness that came with the b16.

If i can buy this harness, and swap the b16a2 i have mentioned about. It should be pretty straight forward right?

would i still need to convert my car FROM dpfi TO mpfi, and get a obd0 to obd1 jumper to the ecu.

I contacted rywire and they are "backed up" for 6 weeks. I dont want a custom harness made or anything, just trying to find something quick.

I know i can use my stock harness, and buy the DPFI TO MPFI conversion, then the jumper, but it will be easier for me if i could buy a harness that originally went with the b16.

ALSO wondering what the DA integra and ef shift linkage differences are....IF I CAN SAVE MONEY I WILL.

here is my parts list as of now:
DA hubs
DA Axles
Driver side Post mount
Radiator
ECU
Shift Linkage
da cable tranny
B series to EF mounts
DA t bracket.

***JDM ef engine harness
***OBD0-OBD1 ecu jumper
***DPFI to MPFI conversion
parts marked[*] i am hesitant to order until i get 100% positive feedback.

if i can get a harness that will plug and play i will.
it will cost the same to get the mpfi conversion, and hack up my DPFI harness.

just modify your stock harness and convert to mpfi and add in the vtec wiring. you cannot slap on a jdm harness and hope it works. if you still need a plug n play harness lmk, i can still build you a brand new one. i dont personally like to re-use old wiring.

pm me for a price, if your interested. to run the b16 you would need a chipped P28 (preferred). or if you can find a P61 (92-93 B17), i have this ecu running my LSV right now and love it, or a P30 hard as hell to find.

Even if you could just plug it into a usdm car and have it work, the firewall feed-thru is on the wrong side.

JDM harness will work on any USDM LHD car. The reason being is because the ecu is located on the opposite side of the car but the engine is in the same configuration. This means that many of the main harness wires are reversed. Therefore you cannot just swap a few plugs because half of the wires in a rhd loom are on the wrong side of the harness.

Your best bet is to use your stock harness and rewire it to MPFI and go from there. This will require some of the wiring from an SI, EX, or AWD MPFI car. I have a complete one forsale but you can possibly find the wires you need at a junk yard for cheaper.

anybody know how a PR3 ecu will run a b16?
coming out of a DA integra.

also found a virgin p28 ecu with step up harness for $120.

pr3 ecu will work. just make sure if its obd0 you need to keep the car obd0, if its obd1 pr3 (yes there are obd1 PR3 ecu's). then you will need to convert your car to obd1.

i have access to the PR3 and a chipped p28 on crome.

one thing i want to check on is the wiring.

the guy also has a JDM b16a, and i know i can swap all the sensors, injectors, dizzy, etc, and covert the B16A2 to obd0.
then that would be easier. If he lets me go this route, what would i need to do then.

There is no need to swap any sensors or injectors. If you want to run as obd0 then you use an obd0 ecu, distributor and o2 sensor. If you want to run as obd1 then just get obd1 ecu, distributor and o2 sensor.

You can use obd2 injectors with an obd0 ecu, it's all in how it's wired up.
