Default new brakes now rotor has a groove

i have a 95 accord coupe, lowered it on nuespeeds and tokico's, did a r.o.h. converstion with prelude discs and replaced the stock axles for prelude units as well. so i took it out to see how it felt and i here and rubbing/grinding sound in the front driver side brakes....i checked it out and i'm not sure if its the pads, caliper, or caliper braket that has now made a grove on the rotor face...its actually on both driver and passenger side facs of the rotors...what is the issuie and how do i got about fixing it, because i'm close to blowing it up now....thank you

If it is hitting the caliper bracket, you should see the contact. Disassemble and inspect for rubbing.
