testing lock up solenoid valve A/B
The service manual says to 1.) Check the resistance between pin 1 and pin 2 and verify it's resistance is between 12-24 ohms, 2.) check the solenoid from the positive battery terminal to pin 1 then pin 2 to see if it clicks which indicates it's working.
I do not get a resistance reading but it does click. Is there a reason why they tell you check the resistance first? Thanx!
