I have a 94 Integra GSR and want to install a ITR front sway bar, do i need to changeout to a Type R Front Lower Control Arms to install this?

Also does the DC2 Type R Front Lower Control Arms make any difference from my GSR ones? Do they help with suspension at all?

 

There would be no point. The GSR front sway bar is exactly the same as the ITR front sway bar. They're both 24mm.

Unless you go w/a '98 JDM ITR front which is 25mm....and would be pointless IMO.
