89 hatch dx
stock d15b2 motor
here's the deal
the car starts up at 1500
I know thats normal, but when it gets hot it still idle at 1500 but when I give it heavy gas, it goes back down to 750 normal
so is it the coil I changed the cap and rotor spark plugs and wires and no avail!
Is it the coil?
or igniter
whatever that thing is called in the dizzy?

I just got this car and want to make it right

check the throttle cable it may be to tight, u can do this by turning the car on , open the hood andtry closing the throttle by hand , if u can then the cable is to tight.
