First things first, figure out what trouble code you're getting from the check engine light. If you don't have a scanner, most any auto parts store will scan and get the code(s) for you.
Also just double check to make sure all the stuff you installed is installed correctly and completely.

Were any of your fuel injector wires cut before? or any fuel related harness? I've had the same problem before, rewired my injector clips and plugged everything back in again and car ran smooth. Try checking the connecters or maybe the spark plug wire orders, sometimes people forgets these dumb little mistakes
Check the firing order. And then work on your typing skills cause they suck.

It's a pretty good technique, when you want to troubleshoot, to ask "what changed?"
Then you take your answer and focus there. Not always true, but the odds are in your favor that whatever was changed is behind "the CHANGE" (for the worse).
In your case the list is spark plugs, spark plug wires, and distributor (cap?), and fuel filter.
Did you really change the distributor? Do you know if it's a good one? Have you tried putting the old one back? Forget the screw on the rotor (inside the dist)? Everything on straight? Forget to tighten the bolts on the dist? Knock a wire loose inside the dist while changing the cap/rotor? Still have the old wires in case the new ones are faulty?
Pretty much double and triple check everything you touched, and anything that stuff touches.. swap the old stuff back if you can just to eliminate items off your list and narrow down the possibilities.
What does a timing light tell you? Still dead on?
Good luck

i changed the whole distributor to a new one. then i got msd wires and doubled checked the firing order and its correct. i made sure the plugs snap in all the way on the spark plugs. i reset the check engine light to. when i drive the car its ok then spontanuosly it starts acting up and misfires. i checked the engine light and it said cylinder 4 misfiring. ugh i swear this car is giving me a headache.. im just so lost with it.
