Brake swap(prop valve question?)
okay, will the proportioning valve from a 94 gsr work on my car (98civic hatch), even though the gsr,s have abs, or will i have to get the integra rs prop valve? can i make the gsrs work on my car is the question?
you might wanna double check on this but....i dont think abs has anything to do with any of the brake compoments (except the abs sensor and abs unit itself)
i say you're good to go eventhough you wont have abs

No, a 94+ GSR prop valve will not work on your car. You will need to find a 92+ Civic EX with ABS, which entails rear disk brakes and the right type of prop valve, or get one from a 99-00 Si(your best choice). The only thing that is replaceable without any serious modification is the disk brakes and the master cylander from a 94+ integra.
Not sure whether the 94 teg prop valve will work, all I know for sure is that the valve has to say 40/40 on it. Your best bet would be to get a 99-00 Si prop valve, SohFast has them for about $60.
Integra MC/booster will require modifications to the metal brake line that goes to the prop valve, because on the Integra it plugs in on the driver side, where as in the civic it is on the passenger side. Nothing major, but have a professional do it if you don't know how to bend metal lines.
