Im trying to fix a car i picked up, 99 hatch with a h22 swapped in it. the car has high impedance injectors, obd1 and will only run on my other cars s300. it will not run on a p13 that came with it. my car has a h22 as well with dsm 450cc and a resistor box. the p13 and my s300 both run my car just fine. the only thing thats different is the injectors and resistor box. but from what i know low impedance need a resistor box and high impedance do not. so is there something in the s300 that is different or bypassing something to make the civic run vs the stock p13?

Also I have a pheriable.net socketed n chipped po6 that ran my last H civic that will not run this car??

Why don't you just compare the 2 maps?

 

They have the same maps hooked up lap top set it to prelude has map n 310cc injectors both ecus ran my one car and only hondata ran my ek

Hondata setup probably doesn't look for an EGR valve, but that shouldn't make any difference in starting the car.

 

No. I just don't get why hondata s300 will run my car and a chipped po6 and stock p13 won't??

 

try the tuning forum or take it to a tuner and have them look at it. i have no clue when it comes to actual tuning so i have no real info to add other that their MUST be a difference in the ecus as far as i could tell. contact some hondata experts and maybe they can tell you.

You really need to get in touch with a tuner. At the very least contact Hondata.
