While the 3rd gen does have a B stamped motor in it no other B series parts are compatible with that motor so no, you can't put a B16 head on your engine. If you want more power then do what is posted above and ditch the auto.

there is someone on pp that has done this swap but it cost a lot of money and didn't make much power

There was an attempt to do this in the age of hondaprelude.com. But failed.
