My new 1990 CRX Si
Finally, after like eight years, I own another CRX. I dunno why it took so long but the last couple of months or so I've really been looking pretty hard for a decent CRX. Found one in Chula Vista and from what I can tell its completely stock (or close). It has a few issues like the sunroof will tilt/close but not open (have a new switch coming), the seatbelt warning buzzer flashes and goes off even with both belts clicked, the door open light stays on constantly, the climate control is cracked, its missing the top cover for the rear storage and the windshield gasket is 3/4s missing. Oh and of course the seats are ripped =x Clear is pretty bad on the hood and some other areas too.
All pretty normal stuff.
It has 244,192k miles on it but the oil change thing in the windshield makes it seem like only 4k and change were put on since February of 2008.
First order of business is a mini overhaul/tune-up (timing belt, water pump, valve cover gasket, adjust the valves, coolant flush, etc etc etc) and then suspension because its still rolling on stock struts/springs.
The good news is it passed smog yesterday (amazing!) and its fully registered and stuff as of this morning.
Oh, pics:

I'm just glad I was able to find a non raced out CRX on Craigslist. I was beginning to think it was a futile search for one under $3,000. Speaking of that, I paid $1,300 for this Si.

pretty clean rex man. nice come up.
one thing i always notice on the stock si's is people put them on backwards. CONGRATS on buying from someone that knows the wheels go on that way. lol
