Hey I have 95 GSR, and sometimes I have trouble starting, about 1/4 of the time . I was never left stranded anywhere yet. But sometimes I believe its when the car is warm already, I can turn the car over to 1-2 and hear the fuel prime. Then i attempt to crank it and nothing happens. no sound no click. I turn it off and try again and sometimes it just works, I do notice a little hesitation .45 seconds of when i turn the key all the way to crank it til when it actually starts.

Sometimes I would have to restart and try to crank it over 5 times for it to actually crank and start.
once it does crank it always starts, but it just seems like when its hot is when the problem occurs the most, but sometimes when its hot the problem doesn't occur

From the readings I did I narrowed it down to the Ignition Switch or the starter. (because i don't hear any sound after turning the key to position 3)

I can't really narrow it down though. its a tough one.
but im leaning towards the starter. I hope main relay isn't a part of it ??

any help, feedback, suggestions, ideas would be greatly appreciated.

what symptoms do i have with the starting problem that points towards the starter and not the ignition switch?
