Should I rebuild?
I sent my TEIN HA in to california for a rebuild and they got back with me earlier today with their quote. They said it needed all piston shafts the rear eyelet bushings and the bumpstops. They quoted me at 650-710 for the complete rebuild. My question is should I go ahead and give them the go ahead or go another route? This is for an itr btw.
its really all up to you, if you liked the coils and how they drove then prob just have them rebuilt, if not do some research on different coils. i just bought buddyclub race specs for my R and hands down the best setup ive owned for the money... spent $1500 for brand new setup w/upper ball mounts.
I bought them used and they already seemed worn out. The perches were coroded and stuck on the lowest setting. I see you can gett f&f coilovers for around that price or even the koni yellow/gc setup. I would think the ha's would be better than both of those, but not sure. Would just like some unbiased opinions.

I'd get the HAs revalved to a custom spring rate and get whatever spring rate u want. The end result and quality would be better than f&f or something.
What spring rates come on the HAs to start?
