Tial now supplies all wastegate springs with their gates, so read the chart, or check their website for the spring chart and do what best suits your needs. Mv-r and Mv-s are water cooled..

I think mine was a 12lb but then I asked them for a 12lb spring too tho. I believe there was a chart in the box with the differant colors and spring combos.

Here is the chart for you..

http://www.tialmedia.com/documents/MVS%20Pressure.pdf

''Tial Sport-
Well, It's official guys - all MV series wastegates (MV-S and MV-R) will now come with every spring made for the unit - no need to order bar pressure anymore - you get all 6 springs in the box. (7 with the MV-R) The Wastegates will come pre-loaded with the 1.5 (MV-R) and 1.7 (MV-S) bar setups from now on.''

I just ordered mine with a .5 spring from a sponsor on here. I didn't know they came with extra springs. Good to know.

Just run a spring that is going to be your minimum boost. With a solenoid and co2 setup you can run as much boost as you want.

So what about those people like me that bought their mvr in '10 and just have a single spring?

But still good move for tial.
