This question is pretty vague.
The B16 trans has the same gearing as the ITR trans. From the factory, in the U.S., these are the shortest geared B series transmissions. The ITR version has a LSD.
The JDM B16 transmissions also come with a LSD option.
The 98+ JDM ITR transmissions have a shorter final drive (4.7:1). I believe 4th and 5th are longer gears to compensate for the shorter FD.
The GSR is a geared "medium". No LSD in the U.S. The JDM SiR-G trans has a LSD option. You can fit a ITR 4.7 FD in this case.
The LS or B20 transmissions both have relatively long gearing.

The ITR trans has better synchros and a stronger diff. It's expensive, however.
The JDM 98+ ITR trans is even shorter geared (because of the 4.7 FD) than the B16/USDM ITR trans. It also has better syncrhros and a better diff...but is usually the most expensive B series trans.
