What suspension bushings are crucial to replace?
Bushings make such a difference. I did the whole urethane bushing kit. Front and rear sway bars, front and rear control arms, and a few others I can't remember.. almost all of them I replaced. If you really wanna get use of a stiffer/sport/track suspension FIRST do your bushings.. or else it's kinda useless. It made such a big difference.
I'm expecting a huge difference when I finally change these out. I've had my car lowered for the past 30-40k miles so at 174k my oem bushings look awful.
Some of them don't press out... Trust me I took some parts to the suspension shop and they had to burn out the old rubber then take an air chisel to the tiny metal sleeve and cut it out. They charged me like $20 a piece. Alot of them I did myself on the press though that weren't that hard.

A Full bushing kit is hands down the best thing you can do for your suspension. Like Mike541 said, they are a bitch to take out. They all need to be either torched & or Pressed out. I suggest, taking all the parts off and into a shop, have them do all the bushings, and then install the parts yourself. Good luck, it will be worth it.
The problem with these poly bushings is that they are not designed to function in the same way that rubber bushings are. Check out suspension forums with people that do actual racing and you will find that most of them stay far away from poly suspension bushings in most areas.
They are also known to squeak, and to crack long before rubber bushings ever would have.

Although mine have not squeaked or cracked (yet) I'm pleased. However, In my experience with aftermarket parts... Dam near everything usually gets replaced a second time, with a real Honda part.
Next time I do bushings, I'll do OEM Honda. Thanks.
