91 Honda Civic EX, running a PM6 ecu with a jdm a6 motor ( jdm sohc no vtec zc )

had a baring go bad on the dizzy, making all kinds of retarded noises, replaced the dizzy with a new one from the parts store. Now I have a Code 16? I ohmd the injectors and there all good. I remember about 2 weeks ago, I was trying to leave a junkyard and the car wouldnt start, just kept cranking. I determinded it to be a fuel problem, lifted the back seats, smacked the fuel sending unit with a cresent wrench and I all the sudden heard the fuel pump prime and the car started.

My quesion to you guys is, Do you think its my fuel pump, since I smacked the tank with a wrench and the pump all the sudden turned on? The car runs and drives perfect right now, no problems or misfires what so ever. however, I still have the CEL for code 16, and yes, ive tried resetting the ecu. Or do you think it could be my main relay starting to crap out?

 

btw, i never had any CELs with my old noisy dizzy, I get this remanned dizzy and now i have a code 16, but the car still runs fine. Any ideas?

 

For future reference, the new dizzy I put on the car had a weak ignitor. The car would still run and work fine, I just randomly got a code 16. Switched the dizzy out for another new one and problem is solved.
