if its not cranking then you missed either a large +12v feed or a big ground. as far as the ecu and dizzy are concerned they either need to both be obd0 or both be obd1. you say you have a pr4 ecu however those are available in both obd0 and obd1 variants. If the dizzy was obd1 you would need to change plugs and or run an adapter harness. If it plugged right into your stock harness then its obd0.

^what he said

so long as the ecu you have is also obd0 you won't have a problem then.

well i took a screw driver and connted both parts of the starter and it doesnt spin any other ways to test it could this also be a reason for no spark as well as no crank.

Did you connect your grounnd from the tranny to the chassie, or to the -neg side of the battery? If its nott on the car will not crank. You said you jumped the 2 post on the starter and it did not crank so that's why I ask if you reconnected it. Eaither that or your starter is toast

first owner moved battery to the back and ran a ground to the front but its on the body of the car not the tranny, so ill connect it to the tranny tommarow morning, is there a reason there is no spark?

The reson you might not be getting spark is if you forgot to bolt the multi ground to the termostat housing. Check make sure its bolted down.
