OK so here is my setup need to get a ballpark estimate on how much psi i can or should run.. i know the obvious high compression is no good...h22 does have .2 extra liters ive heard all the dumb BS. I want to know your opinion on boost not what engine is better..

FPR
SLS shorty manifold
Mishimoto Frontmount
standard .57 trim turbo
H22 headstuds
OEM headgasket
stock head

so my question is how much do i want to run and still be safe.
