so, i make 8.5 psi without a boost controller. When i install my hallman it wants to go passed 13 psi at the lowest possible setting on the hallman, why? i don't know. Anyway, i want to lower the boost at the actuator then install the hallman and see just how much boost it's spiking.

my question is, how do i lower boost from the actuator..like step by step, cuz it doesn't appear to make much sense to me..
