Default turn the key and lost all power

Whats up Ht. i have a 98 type r just got done putting it back together. pulled the motor to repaint the engine bay and clean everything up. yesterday i got in the car to turn it over (first time since everythings back together) put the clutch in turn the ignition key to start it and lost all power. did a little trouble shooting and battery has 13.volts the fuse box under the hood has power. Cant find any blown fuses. then checked the fuse box under the dash and it has no power at all. i have my battery ground hooked up as well as vc ground and tranny ground. i even swapped out main relays still nothing. any help would be appreciated. thanks

Did you resolve the problem?

I used to have a similar issue to this on my 1st gen CRX. It ended up being the small cable to the starter, which looks like the speaker plug. It was loose and would cause the car not to start. See if that is connected properly.

Did you forget to connect the ground cable at the top right side of the engine to the body? (I don't know if that's what you meant by vc ground).

Turns out the battery ground wasn't making good contact with the strut tower. Took some of that new paint off works like new. Sucks scathing brand new paint
