Default Engine light on, speedometer going crazy, voltage unstable

Hi I have a 1996 civic dx and recently I did the "Big 3" electrical upgrade. About a week later, my engine light came on out of nowhere, my speedometer doesnt work properly and goes crazy, and my voltage seems to be ldling low at around 12 volts and fluctuates like crazy when i tap the gas. What seems to be the problem here? It is most likely an electrical issue. Thanks

What is the "Big 3"? Do you still have the CEL?

Check whether 7.5A dash fuse 15 is blown.

Doesn't look like your "Big 3" are grounding properly. Did you check the above fuse?

Thank you so much Ron, worked like a charm.

-Although the harness was touching the intake manifold bracket, no wires were exposed. I simply pushed the wires out the way and it stopped blowing fuses...why is that?

I would presume that the bracket made a not-visible-to-your-eye penetration into the wire insulation. Be sure to protect the wires from making contact with the bracket again by doing the fix described in the TSB.
