Is my ebay two piece header going to bolt up to my stock exhaust?

 

if your gonna install the ebay headers you gonna have to remove the stock one

 

I know I have to remove the stock manifold, and I'm assuming the intermediate pipe before cat, but is it going to bolt up to an existing flange?

Headers on my last car didn't bolt up to anything stock, so I'm checking now.
