Emergency brake light stays on!!

I have a 1994 honda accord the emergency brake light stays on. I have checked the fluid level that looks good. I also changed the top ? Any other ideas?? Thanks

Do you have ABS? Usually that's a sign that the ABS isn't working correctly. You'll still have regular brakes just not the ABS.

Be sure the hand brake is releasing all the way. There is a switch (?) in the center consol. Any recent work done on the car?
