I recently purchased an integ and have noticed the same problem a few different times. My first Acura/Honda so I'm in unfamiliar territory aha

No your starter should be fine.. That's not what makes your car start its just what turns it over.. You may have afb ignition or fuel problem

Got to agree with the above, if starter works, [engine turns over] each time you turn ign. key to start position, then there is nothing wrong with the starter, the problem is something else.

If starter does work, try this, turn key to run position, [not start] listen for the fuel pump priming, the pump should run for a few sec. to prime the fuel system then turn off.

If you hear it running, wait untill it stops running and then try and start the engine.

If you do not hear the pump running, turn ign. off and then on again, [to run, not start] and listen for pump again, turn ign. off/on until you hear the pump. 94

So you guys think it might be a fuel or ignition problem.I was thinking about doing a distrubutor cap and rotor change its still running on the stock ones and the car has 170k miles.

Not always obvious but the sign of a person who knows about how cars work is how they start a car. Turn the key to the ON position, wait a second to allow fuel pressure to stabilise and then turn the key to start like poster above stated.

Another possiblity is a low voltage battery. Some large chain auto parts stores will test your battery for free.
