I have a 99 accord ex coupe. Yesterday I was replacing the stereo system.. I spliced in a new stereo wiring harness and tested the radio to see if everything was ok.. It did nothing so I figured my fuse had blown. I looked in the side panel and under the hood looking for the stereo fuse I could not find it anywhere so I removed multiple fuses such as the instrument cluster and so on.. I noticed that all of the fuses on the side door had a brown shade to the prongs like corrosion/rust. I removed them just to check if one had blown out but I saw nothing then after reinserting the fuses (and yes in the proper order/amperage) I then started up the car and and my check engine light came on so I had it hooked up to a tester and it came back saying this:

code P1705
Stuck in 2nd or 3rd gear,
probable cause(s)
1. open or short in gear
2. poor electrical connection
3. failed gear selection switch

code P1456
emissions control system leak
probable cause(s)
1. Loose fuel cap
2. vapor canister saturated
3. failed vent solenoid
4. failed purge solenoid

code P0505
circuit condition or idle speed higher/lower than expected
probable cause(s)
1. Vacuum leak on engine
2. Dirty throttle body
3. IAC motor defective
4. Poor elec. connection to IAC valve

code P0700
Auto transmission fault
probable causes
1. Indicates trans fault - check other codes

Also where is the radio fuse on a 99 accord.. I could not find one labeled as such under hood or in basic fuse box.

I am a pretty good mechanic and I have electrical experience (fixing TV components, troubleshooting electronics. etc, etc) but that is a completely different beast than working on car wiring. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance
