I have a 93 accord se i brought the car with a bad motor i replaced the motor and the issue now is the speedometer does not wk and the trip meter also is not working. The d4 light flashes and the CEL comes on then the trans shifts hard. I brought a ebay (VSS) but same issues i was thinking maybe its the ebay sensor. Any ideas

 

lock up solinoid on tha tranny is my guess check all ur connectors on tha harness and make sure they are connected if all that is fine.. pin tha code reader and pull tha code off tha d4 light long blink=10 short blink= is 1-9 then post tha code and ill tell u what it is

Cel 20 is eld electronic load detector not sure where it is on a 93 and 4 on the d4 light are u sure its not 14 ? Cuz I'm pretty sure that's a shift solinoid
