Default need shock feedback

It's about that time, stock shocks at 270k on my hatch are done.

not lowered, stock height, want to keep height.

I'm finding some decent brands in the market, should i just go with something affordable?

I daily commute about 80 miles, so something comfortable, but not floaty?

Its also a base model, so any front sway bar suggestions?

Thanks H-T

KONI. you can even lower it a bit using stock springs by using the circlip positions. They're adjustable as well, so you can set them to firm or soften them up as you wish.

Tokico Illuminas (whites). Another great adjustable shock that delivers great performance for less than the koni.

Koni STR8. Non adjustable shock that was just introduced last year. reviews seem to be good too.

im sorry to admit it but tokico blues suck period...i had a better outcome using the kyb gr2 shocks than the blues for stock and mild lowering...never again will i go back to blues since koni str-t makes a non adjustable shock in the same category...!!!

Stock from your same car, but a trim that has one.
Weird... I thought all had a front sway, but only some had a rear.

i feel 100% exact opposite.....

I have used an sold Tokico blues on stock and mildly lowered cars with amazing results. They also carry lifetime warranty

The cheaper kyb were the ones that worked decent when new, but it was short lived. I will never buy these for my own car. Man did we ever have a lot of customers coming back with them leak!
