what hardware to use with benen tripod bar??

what hardware to use with benen tripod bar??
i just purchased a benen tripod bar for my ej6, and i'm sure many of you know that it does'nt come with the hardware for installation, i was looking for the hardware from an integra type r bar (since it mounts in the same location) but this is the only thing i've found so far
