Default are my mudguards correct?

So I just installed front and rear mudguards on my 88 hatch, and i got them from a 88 sedan. So Obviously the back was longer due to the longer bumper on the sedan, so I cut the rears to sit flush on my rear bumper. I've been trying to get pics of EF's with all 4 mudguards, because I want to know if the rear are supposed to sit higher in compared to the front. A lot of the pics I look at do look like my flaps are right, but I just need some peace of mind...here is my ef

Here are some of some pics I found online. very hard to find

They look fine to me, I wouldn't be able to tell the difference, and I don't think anybody will crawl under you bumper to say "Hey, these are sedan mud guards"

Nice Civic by the way!

No idea what I'm looking at.
All your pics have the front mudguards covered up by shadows or at an inconclusive angle.

my mud guards sit a little higher in the back than the front and mine are the stock ones that came on my car in 1988.

When you trimmed the top did you have to redo the screw holes or did they still line up?

The SH3 part code is 88-89
The Sh0 part code is 90-91 hb
The SH4 part code is 90-91 sedan but is almost identical to the hb and will work fine

I have all three
