A pic, a location, something. Nobody can help you with anything with the information you have provided so far.
Jeezzz yea, more info.
MM&Y of car to start with.
Where plug is?
Number of pins/wires?
Color of wires?
No Honda/Acura harness plug has just green wires in it.
Even a phone pic would be better then nothing. 94

MM&Y of car?
Where is plug located?
Is it just the turn signals that are not working, how about brake lights?
On 94-98 Integras the left signal lights leads are green blue and the rights are green/yellow, I see a green/yellow but not a green/blue, is there a green/blue lead in the plug?
Green/white is brake light and green/red could be brake indicator/brake fluid level.
Wire colors are used for more then one thing in the car so the plug may not have anything to do with brakes and signals.
The only place I can think of where the leads may be on the same plug would be the fuse box, have you checked to make sure that all receptacles on fuse box has a plug?
Again a location in the dash where the plug is would give an indication of what it may be for. 94

Yo, you need to tell us what year and what body style of Integra this is for. Different years and body styles have different plugs in some cases.
Also tell us exactly how many cavities (not wires, but spaces) are on that plug. I see there are 8 wires but I can't tell how many cavities are in the plug.
Looking at the 94 Helms, I don't see any 8-cavity plugs except for the A/T interlock control unit under the dash board area, and that has different wire colors than what you have shown.

Actually I believe you may have a dash harness for an automatic trans vehicle, and that plug goes to the A/T Dimming Cancel Circuit, shown on page 14-46 in the 94 Helms manual.

So to be clear, which harness(es) did you replace, and which ones are original out of your 96 GS-R? Sounds like you still have your original 96 dashboard harness, but you replaced the interior body harness with one from a 94 LS M/T, correct?

Is the harness from a Canadian-spec car by chance? Is the harness from a 2-door or 4-door LS? Is your car a 2-door or 4-door GS-R?

its a 96 gsr 2door this plug im talking about is part of the guage cluster harness i change the main big harness that runs from door to door and to the engine bay im using my stock gsr fuse box stock gsr cluster and stock gsr cluster harness the only thing i changed was the main harness which i bought off a fellow ht memeber it came from a 94-95 integra ls 2 door thats all i kno about the car it came from and its a 5 speed harness everything work in the car except turn signals and driver window
The 94 Integra and 96 Integra have diff. fuse boxs, [OBD1/OBD2] if the plug is for the fuse box of a 94, [OBD1] your 96 fuse box, [OBD2] may not have the receptical, sorry it is all I can think of at this time.
I am finaly going to pull my 94 from winter storage this weekend, I will stick my head up under the dash and see if I can find that plug and where it goes. 94
