im in the process of boosting my b20b. im doing head studs, so im gonna do the timing belt. water pump, and timing belt tensionor. Do i need to get a new oil pump? the motor has 55k miles on it. and i will only be boosting around 5psi. about 200hp. about 7k revs max

If you are replacing everything else a new oem pump might as well get replaced too. is there a reason you are replacing everything else so soon? at 55K most of these components are just about half way through the reccomended change interval. 5psi is nothing to worry about.
