This set of tools is available locally for just $20. Seller inherited them from dead grandfather and can't identify them (either). I'm interested in improving my skills at to body/rust repair, but my knowledge a.t.m. is paper thin still. Just wondering if these tools are something I should consider picking up? Can you identify their use? I can pick out a few but most leave me wondering. I figured the brains here could help.

5 is used to compress the spring clips on brake pads during installation

 

3,7,and 9 are tap handles, 10 is a flint striker for an oxy-acetalene torch

13 might be a wire gauge tool? what does the writing say?

dk what everything else is

 

Text only says that these tools were left to seller by his grandfather; he was in to electronics and car repair.... and that he doesn't know what most of them are.
