I went over a huge bump on the free way yesterday and since then my suspension it sounds like, has been making this weird noise. when i go over the smallest bumps it does it.

It's coming from the front passenger side around the tire area. It's a 95 integra gsr

 

I saw your video. From the sound I heard...I am going to take a guess and that your shock body valve is ****ed.

I could be wrong though..

 

your right. i went to my mechanic after work today and he said its the strut. so ill need to replace both of the front ones

 

Damn that's crazy, did you look underneath to see if anything physically looked out of the ordinary or to see if any oil was leaking from the shock body?

 

No i havent but ill go check it out again when i leave the house. but my mechanic did, and he said i should be fine for a little bit tho. ill take it in the coming weeks to get it replaced

What springs do you have? If you're lowered any more than an inch or so then those HP shocks are junk. They are OK for stock replacement, though.

 

idk i think my shocks are stock..
i have coilovers right now... i bought the car lowered with them.
