Default IACV wiring?

To start off I have a 90 CRX Si with a B16.

I'm having an issue with CEL 14 showing up on 2 good known IACV's. I'm starting to think I have a broken wire somewhere and want to verify the wiring from the sensor to the ECU.

From what I know the IACV goes to A17(Blu/Yel) and A11(Blk/Yel). I did however do a wire tuck and shortened a ton of wires. I'm noticing that there is a an extra Blk/Yel wire on the drivers side round plug that would have been used for a dashpot sensor, so perhaps I mixed match the wires up some how?

My questions is this, Do all the Blk/Yel wires supply constant voltage to the sensors, or are they switch at the ECU? Also, if my wiring is wrong, can you verify what I need to change?

Thanks in advance.

The iacv and the alternator both share the same black/yellow wire. Did you remember to splice them together?

Not sure, I'll have to check that tonight.

all of the black/eyllow wires are power - at the IACV you should have a blue with yellow stripe and black/yellow - your Si engine harness should have one connector that isn't used - it went to the Fast Idle Control Valve on the back of the intake manifold - it has a black/yellow and a solid blue wire - neither of these are needed - make sure you have the blue/yellow and not the solid blue going to the IACV

I think that may be my problem, do you know if the IACV wire runs to the drivers or passenger side plugs?
